Our Ingredients

Monin Syrups
All Monin Classic Flavoring Syrups are sweetened exclusively with pure cane sugar.

Monins's O’free sugar free syrups use Splenda ® (sucralose) and Eridex ™ (erythritol, a natural low calorie sweetener that occurs naturally in fruits and vegetables). Using all-natural erythritol in addition to sucralose gives the O’free line clean, true flavor without the aftertaste typical of other sugar free products.

Our Roasted Coffee

Light Body:

Brazilian Santos
The Brazilian Santos coffee is roasted in a shade between light and city and is typified by a very mild body and low acidity. This is an excellent bean for those who enjoy milk and sugar in their coffee.

CO2 Decaf Colombian
The roasters use the CO2 Process to decaffeineate these beans. The carbon dioxide process was developed in Germany as a natural alternative to the methylene chloride process that has become industry standard.

Supremo is the highest grade of Colombian coffee beans. These large beans create a medium bodied and sweet tasting coffee with a rich flavor and aroma. They roast the Colombian Supremo as a light roast.

Medium Body:

Panama Boquete
This blend is highgrown in rich volcanic soil on the slopes of the Baru volcano. This coffee showcases a rich and lively flavor in a cup that features a mild acidity and moderate body.

Indian Monsooned Malabar
This is a very unique coffee hailing from India. After harvest, the green coffee beans are exposed to the annual Monsoon winds of India. As the beans absorb the moisture of the windy air, they expand in size and take on a unique flavor. They city roast this coffee bean, which retains the very special taste characteristics. Monsooned Malabar sports an earthly flavor that is normally associated with Indonesian coffees, and is surprisingly smooth.

Six Bean Espresso
This blend is intended especially for espresso, and offers an evenly colored crema, moderate acidity, and a smooth body.

Sumatra Mandheling
Hailing from the Indonesian island of Sumatra, Mandheling beans are considered to be amongst the regions' finest. A staple of coffee shops across the country, Sumatra is famously smooth and rich with an earthy and chocolaty flavor. This is ideal as a dessert coffee or for those who avoid high-acid coffee.

Bold:

CO2 Decaf Espresso
The roasters use the CO2 Process to decaffeineate these beans. The carbon dioxide process was developed in Germany as a natural alternative to the methylene chloride process that has become industry standard.
